Sky glass 65" black screen comes n goes

So had this issue before. Go to a channel and screen stays black. Now on apps ie YouTube. Discovery and reset it just go black for no reason. TV been disconnected..been reset and apps refreshed but still no joy

When you  say reset  did you  do  a factory reset  ? Because  this should  really  only be done  when on the phone with  a sky advisor,  as it can cause  more problems  than it solves

@mcvibes this can happen where the video signal being output by the puck is not one the TV can display. You can often get a picture back if you enter home,1,0,8,0,home on the remote which resets the puck to output a HD signal. A lot depends on the make and model of the TV but these faults most frequently happens with early UHD TVs which were designed before the standards were established.
