Sky glass 30 seconds slower

I was watching england on bbc live at the euros quarter finals. My neighbours were cheering at goals about 30 seconds before it showed on my sky glass. This has happened throughout the euros. I am fuming as i pay a lot of money each month. Why is this happening? I am seriously considering cancelling my whole sky subscription tv and broadband

Thats how streaming works I'm afraid.

Broadcasting through streaming has a longer delay than broadcasting via DTT or Satellite.

DTT and DSat  are also delayed but the delay is shorter😊
