@Georginalgc Are you having a tv delivery?

sky don't have engineers for glass it's designed for plug and play installation by the customer

@Georginalgc What is the engineer meant to be installing as you've posted in the Sky Glass/Stream forum & these products do not have Sky installer involvement.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
