Sky+ channels not working

Trying to watch the football on my sky glass on sky+, every time I start a stream it crashes back to my home screen, all other channels and apps working perfectly with a strong internet connection, have attempted to reset my tv and this hasn't helped either, any idea what the issue is?

@kbk1  Sky+ mis an ancient unsupported satellite box, i presume you mean Sky Sports+

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Did you select the Sky Sports+ broadcast channel first then pressed red ... see the other recent discussion about this issue😉
