Sky glass keeps buffering and dropping out.

Ever since we've had sky glass,find it very frustrating that it keeps buffering and dropping out.have to turn the power supply off fir a few minutes, then seems to come back for a while. Then starts doing it again. Wondered if there is a problem with the Internet coming into the property. Could you please confirm. Many thanks Mick

What is your router's sync speed to the internet?

What is Glass TV's connection speed to the internet using the Netflix Network check?

How is your Sky Glass TV connected to your router WiFi or Ethernet?

Who is your ISP?

Thank for your reply,not sure of sync speed,,it's also done by WiFi. 

I did wonder if earthnet  cable might make a difference, I will try that

Your ISP will have given you an estimate of your sync speed ... if you log on to your router you can find the actual sync speed under stats😉
