Sky VIP Levels

Hello,  does anyone know how I can get Sky to reinstate my Sky VIP level as when we have moved onto Sky Stream I have been made a new customer and rather than being a Diamond customer I am a Silver customer. Thanks in advance.

Sky don't generally use email as a means of contacting customer services.

 

If you're unable to call them, their Accessibility team may be able to help, once you've registered with them: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/contacting-sky-accessibility

@Bertie_Hants I suspect it's fairly common - my tenure and VIP status were reset too. It doesn't happen if you have Sky Broadband apparently.  If you give Sky a call, they'll be able to reinstate them for you.
