Sky Q upgrade

I only joined sky on the 20th November and had a sky Q box fitted but I was wondering if its possible to upgrade to the sky glass package thats advertised in my upgrades options and will I be charged for changing from Sky Q to sky glass as I've only been with them for approx 10 days? Thanks for any help 😊

Well you should be within the 31 days cooling off period for your Sky q so I don't see why Sky would make that an issue if you want to cancel Sky q and go to Sky glass/stream.

its worth making sure Sky streaming is what you want though. Some people struggle to get to grips with how different it works to traditional satellite services. Also if you do want a Sky streaming service again check if you really want the Sky branded TV or if Sky stream will fit your requirements better.

Once you decide what you want give Sky a call and I'm sure you will be able to switch.

You can call on 150 from a Sky Talk Line or Sky Mobile.

If you haven't got a current Sky Mobile or Sky Talk this link should help:
https://www.sky.com/help/home Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number. If you are in the ROI on the same link change the flag in the very bottom corner to the ROI flag to obtain an 0818 number.

Re: Sky Q upgrade

@Donna0109

Before even considering Glass or Stream you need to understand that it is not necessarily an upgrade, particularly if you already have a fairly good smart TV.
Sky's streaming service is an alternative service, not the same or necessarily better than Sky Q.
Sky Glass & Stream rely entirely on you having fast and stable broadband, so don't even think about getting Glass if you don't have this in place.
