Sky Q Gift… Where is ours?
//Edited to add: I'm a Glass/Stream user. A mod has (unhelpfully) moved this post here for some reason. The point I'm making is Sky recognised the service disruption for satellite customers and gave them a small token as an apology. They did not do anything when they bricked the Glass/Stream devices a few weeks back.
I see Sky gifted Q customers a Sky Store buy & keep for the service disruption a couple of weeks back. Where is our 'gift' from when Sky bricked all of our devices with a dodgy software update and left us users to sort it out ourselves a couple of months back? Stinks a bit if you ask me...
Sky Glass 65” [Gen 2] with Sky Live
Sky Glass 43” [Gen 1] with Sky Live
Sky Glass Air 43” connected to Sky Soundbox
Sky Stream Puck x4
Sky Sports & Sky Movies + UHD & Dolby Atmos
Sky FTTP
Sky Mobile SIMO x6

Have moved your post to this ongoing discussion thread.
Read this thread, namely the answered post to find out where to go on your Sky Q box to claim your free gift.
See in your signature you mention Sky Gkass and pucks, assume you have you moved back to Sky Q?
edit:
The Sky Q gift ends at close of play today, so you need to be quick in claiming it.
Sky Stream with two pucks (former Sky Q and Sky+ customer).
Sky Ultrafast + using Sky SR203 hub. Sky Mobile unlimited data. Sky Protect smart tech kit tester.

My Q box was never bricked by a software update. Not sure what you're referring to?

That issue isn't being discussed on this thread. Not sure I remember a dodgy software update affecting lots of customers.,

Re: Sky Q Gift… Where is ours?
@82bit Post moved back to where it was in the glass board as it's a seperate question about the Glass outage as previously posted.

Re: Sky Q Gift… Where is ours?
@82bit Which Glass issue are you talking about? The one with the Prime Video workaround due to the firmware? If so, I'm waiting until it's confirmed as fixed before I speak to Sky for something compensatory as it's been nearly two months since I logged it with them. I won't accept a £20 Sky Store gift either. This issue has been going on longer than the few hours Q was out of action.
