Sky Puck

Is it possible to upgrade to sky glass from the sky puck ?

the puck is still in contract but wanted to upgrade to the glass tv

@Julie222  You can add a Glass TV to the account, if you don't wish to keep the puck you would need to get the Glass TV 1st, set it up, assign as primary device and cancel the puck.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

You already have a streaming TV contract on the puck. All you need to do is purchase the Glass TV and activate it on the same account with a Whole Home subscription added to your current streaming TV subscription that you have with the puck.

Keep the puck and get a better, cheaper TV and use the puck on that.
