Sky Glass
So... I've been a Sky Customer for years and am a Platinum VIP. I went from Sky Q to Sky Glass. Programmes record without my adding them, programmes frequently freeze then cannot be retrieved, I have the settings turned off but the TV comes on randomly. Also! Since Xmas eve Ive had to reset by switching off/on at the wall 15 times. Am I alone in this?.

Re: Sky Glass
We are other customers here not Sky support. However Glass uses the internet to provide content not satellite. Please can you provide more detail about the recording query as not sure what you mean? Glass doesn't record like Q does items are added to playlist and the whole series is added not individual episodes.
What is your broadband speed? And what speed is your Glass getting? (You can test this in netflix, opening the menu > scroll to get help? > Select connection check). You need 25Mbps for HD and 30Mbps for UHD minimum. Demand in broadband infrastructure is at its peak over the holiday period. Your Sky VIP status has no relation to any of this.

Re: Sky Glass
First of all, who asked You? I meant to add; that I said record because what's the difference? I have the right to expect decent service, especially considering the price I pay for TV, broadband, and phone. On top of all else, I am also experiencing lip sync problems, too!.
It is time that SKY stood up and took responsibility for ALL these problems!!.

Re: Sky Glass
Hi
lip sync is a current ongoing issue for some users that is under investigation. See link below to thread that contains a feedback form to sky to log the issue
https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/Sky-Glass-Live/Speech-out-of-sync-on-Sky-glass/td-p/4831146/page/10
to be honest I don't think I have seen another post on here where shows are getting added to the playlist without the user doing so ? Can you give examples please as the playlist is a totally different beast from Q recordings ....

Are you sure you are looking in the playlist and not the continue watching rail or one of the other rails ?
