Not a lot of information to go on there. In what way is it crashing? Have you tried unplugging fromnthe mains for a few minutes? What is your internet speed and how is your glass connected? Is it live TV, on demand or specific apps?
If you describe your issue as much as you can then community will do its best to assist, but bear in mind we are fellow subscribers.
