Sky Glass

Hi.  Just reaching out to see if anyone can offer any advice 

 

my sky q box went off this morning  - this is now up and running!

however when turning in my sky glass TV it is a blue screen with a message saying

 

sorry you are experiencing a technical problem we are doing all we can to resolve this that is since 8am this morning. At 21:51 the same information is on my screen

Have tried unplugging from the mains - nothing still same information

 

can not get any other information up so unable to do anything

 

any advice please

We are fellow customers on here like yourself, your message  is confusing, you say your sky q box stopped working  but it is now, but you say your  sky glass tv  is having problems  loading  channels, do you have  a  subscription  for your  sky glass  and have you activated  it also your subscription  on your  sky q will have stopped  as soon as you activated your  sky glass  tv and you will  need to send  the sky q equipment  back to sky, unless  you brought  the tv second hand, is your  tv connected  to the Internet? If so how wifi or ethernet cable  and what is your broadband speed, minimum sky glass speed is 25mps  but  remember  the more devices that you have connected the  weaker  the signal  to each device when you  have a lot connected  and in use

Also try rebooting the tv  by going  to  settings  and doing  a restart, or switching the tv off and unplugging  it from  the  mains for 10 mins
