No return call

I have been waiting over day for a return call to confirm the replacement of my Sky Glass. Can't get through to Sky - do I just assume that the replacement will turn up on the date agreed on the original phone call?

What problem are you having with getting through to Sky? I wouldn't rely on them calling you back.

My Sky Glass won't switch on & they are supposed to be replacing it tomorrow but I've heard nothing. The lady said yesterday that she would call back but hasn't. If necessary I'll cancel my subscription
