Sky Glass tv asking me to pair the remote and won't connect to my router

My Sky Glass tv is requesting that I press 7 and 9 on the remote for 3 seconds. After doing that and selecting continue, it's giving me 3 options to connect to my router. 

1. Using WPS button on router

2. Using password

3. Using a wired connection

Option 3 is bot really an option for me. Option 1 accepts the password, but doesn't connect. Option 2 does absolutely nothing.

@DavidPet  The following should happen if you select option 2 using  password.  You will be presented with a list of networks within range of your Glass.  Select the network that is yours and then input your network/router password.  It should then verify the details and move on to the next part of the setup procedure.
