Tv keeps freezing losing signal for Wi-Fi on sky Glass router

Where is the BB router located?

Is the router attached to the master socket?

Have you run the Netflix get help Network check on the Sky Glass TV?

What is the connection speed reported?

It's running WiFi when I go to settings it's says good signal

Sky glass is only one room from router in living room

When using my playlist it's stopping then a sign comes up saying retry

having problems with ITV and ITVx. I lose them but go to bbc and that's ok
