Sky Glass no longer suitable
We have been with Sky Glass for a couple of years now and hadn't had any issues until we moved house. We've gone from super fast fibre broadband to having to use a transmitter for our internet as we're rural with nothing but copper broadband. Over the summer, our Sky Glass had been ok, but our signal is hugely affected by the weather and we have had a lot of buffering issues over the last few weeks - to the stage that we have completely lost our signal multiple times this week. Is it possible to keep the Sky Glass, but change my subscription back to Sky Q? It never occurred to us that internet would be an issue when we took out the contract or when we first moved.

@Hmg1234 Yes, but you would need to call Sky to arragnge Sky Q to be installed whilst retaining the TV for connecting your Q box on the HDMI inputs.
