Sky Glass - losing clarity when ads switch over
Hi, I've just bought a Sky Glass TV and it seems to losing clarity when the adverts come on for a few seconds, clears up then when he next ad comes on it goes fuzzy again and then clears and so on.. It's plugged into the wall. What could be causing this?

Re: Sky Glass - losing clarity when ads switch over
Hi @Mckees11
It uses adaptive bitrate technology. Is your broadband speed and/or the speed the glass unit is getting meet the minimum requirement of 25Mbps for HD and 30Mbps for UHD?
