Sky Glass has stopped working

Can anyone offer any advice... My glass TV has suddenly lost connection for np reason. It's is wired to Ethernet and have hard reset tries using WiFi but no joy in connection. The TV says connected to broadband router tick but crossed to internet... Any help much appreciated

Hi @kevinG2 I have found the following works for me on the odd occasion that my puck has lost connection to the internet.

 

Put your Glass into Standby and then unplug both your Glass TV and router.  Leave for a couple of minutes and then plug your router back in and wait for it to finish rebooting.  Once it has rebooted plug your glass TV back in and when that has also rebooted it should have reconnected to the internet
