My Sky Glass TV is constantly causing problems with not loading the live TV channels and sometimes all i get is a blank screen,i am sick of having to keep knocking of TV and plugging it out to get it to work for a few hours,will Sky replace my TV as it is only two months old and it just seems to be getting worse and my Sky Broadband is more than fast enough thanks

@Jim751 You can certainly ask them to but there have been a few of us getting the same issue recently. I had it about three weeks ago, went through a factory reset over the phone with Sky Technical that seemed to sort it. I say seemed to because after the last update dropped it started again. I did another factory reset and it hasn't happened again.
Someone said it could be that after an update the TV cache needs to be cleared via a hard reset. I don't know if the issue is solved or not for definite but I think it's a software issue that swapping TV's won't sort.
I would ring Sky Technical to go through the factory reset process - it is pretty simple but they like to be on the phone with you in case of problems re-setting it back up.
You will lose your picture and sound settings so you will need to sort them out again as well as stand by settings etc. If you're connected via ethernet don't forget to turn off WiFi settings and set Network Standby to on.
Hope it helps. Don't let them tell you it's an internet issue. It isn't.

Many thanks Gavin for your support as it is a very common problem it seems with Sky Glass TVs having the same problems,your right it isn't anything to do with the Internet signal as mine is more than suitable plus it's also Sky broadband that I have,I will give Sky a ring and hopefully I can get it sorted as your right no point looking to change TV ,thanks again and best wishes hope you don't have any problems either👍

Been five days since my last factory reset and so far no problems. Don't want to tempt fate though!
