Sky glass gen 2 tv not working

Hi, we got our gen 2 tv last night but since plugging it it's not come on. Tried the reset as shown on guidelines and it's been flashing since. Has anyone else had this issue?

You may need to ring Sky Technical and see what they can do to help you quickly. If the steps they try with you don't work they can sort a replacement out for you there and then.

I've spoken with someone from the technical team, they've advised to wait a few hours for another team and will call back. Hopefully it gets resolved or replaced.

I'm sure it will. You're covered under the warranty for a replacement if required.

Have try turning  it off unplugging it for the  mains for about 10 mins  and plugging it back in and at the same time  pushing  and holding  the  power button on the side of the tv ?

Yes, I was advised to do that and I have tried that a few times now. Still nothing, it just keeps flashing. I am waiting for the technical team to call back as they said. If not then I hope it gets replaced as we've only just got it last night
