Sky Glass delivery cancelled by AIT

I ordered my Sky Glass TV on 13th September to be delivered on 20th September. I received an email yesterday confirming  the delivery time window and then this morning I was notified that it had been cancelled as Sky have not dispatched the TV to their delivery company AIT. I am very frustrated as Sky accepted my order and said it would be delivered on 20th September and this seems to be a mistake on Sky's behalf which is very disappointing for a new customer.

@Deacon1  You will need to speak to Sky, the community can't help with this issue.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

You may already be aware that Sky are unlikely to respond to your post here. 

 

Very disappointing, no doubt I'd give Sky a call to see what they're proposing to do now.
