Sky Glass factory reset selected wrong WiFi

We did a factory reset due to internet issues and not connecting to WiFi/

Started the update but we selected wrong WiFi and now it's stuck on 0%

Broadband is now working - it wasn't the TVs fault after all.

Tried to restart factory reset but it won't let us.

is there a way to "interrupt" a factory reset and start again

Turn it off at the wall for a minute or two then power back on. This should restart the process, allowing you to set up your broadband connection before the software update takes place.

Ok so we've retried the factory reset - it's as if it's where it was before - after you select the WiFi.  It doesn't go back to the beginning.

Don't  do a factory reset  without taking to a sky advisor as you are doing it, only a sky advisor  can tell you if you  need to do a factory reset or not as it say you will lose your  personal settings  and your  account  details, and the tv/puck will unlink from your  account

Try plugging in an Ethernet cable through the startup process then setup the WiFi once up and running
