Hello,
I am currently experiencing intermittent issues with the Sky Glass TV. I keep getting a coloured band across the screen - vertical and just off centre.
I assume this isn't normal? It won't let me post an image of it in here to show you.
If I turn off the TV it does disappear but then a few hours or even a day later. It will reappear.
It isn't just on a specific channel or app, it's on everything.

I would recommend you use the link below and select 'no, I still need help' and then follow the info to call Sky who will troubleshoot and if needed arrange a replacement Glass.

Thanks! I just tried that and what told my a very robotic human being that there is nothing they can do!!
Apparently, it isn't an issue with the TV????
What would you suggest?

Hello, I was told the session would be left open. The problem still exists after completing the troubleshooting.

The chat I was in was to stay open for 48 hours swhilst I did the troubleshooting, but someone has already closed it! I still have the screen issues after the troubleshooting. Can this be reopened ASAP please?!
