My Sky glass to and puck are stuck on a blue screen. Have tried resetting internet and the tv but still not working

My tv won't work it's saying technical problems, no just got a blue screen..Ive checked all cables un plugged turned off Internet and now put everything back on to nothing?

Not able to watch any channel says loading and then Technical issue . Tried reset and hard reset . Tried restarting hub did not work . Loading up pages for channels but can't watch any . Please help !

We can see the TV guide but can't get any channels to work when we click from that but can watch things on the apps

Its just a big blue screen, ive Internet in the house but no tv,ive got sky glass..and I hate it..It there fiber optic?

Yet again my sky punk has decided to remind blue on TV screen and say loading and technical problems. No channels are visible and this is the second sky punk box I've had since transfering over

I have this problem also! When doing the service checker on the app it says there is a problem with the sky stream puck connection but doesn't have a resolution??

We are also having the same problems tried everything nothing works. How can I get my channels working again?

Sky turns on ok and brings up the home page but will not load the programme ie ITV or Sky news etc

Mine is saying the same thing. Gone through all the checks too and still nothing.
