SKY TV not working its says wait for download and now techical fault please try later. Switched it on and off several times. Please any advice 🙏

Same here. Unable to watch live channels with the puck. Tried switching off / on and rebooting several times. Waste of money paying for live sport you cannot watch.

Hi, i can see others are having an issue, but is it all over the country? i can use most apps, but no channels are loading. Had an odd thing yesterday with subtitles randomly popping up .   When I see the black friday offer I was given  compared to new customers im really considering whether Sky Glass is worth the hassle

Can watch TV or playing! Waiting on it loading or after that its a technical fault. Tried turning it off and on. Still an issue.
