Completely useless system and support . No tv and no support. 10 years with Virgin much better

The system has stopped working no TV all night . No support available simply useless.

 

i was with Virgin for >10 years and they were poor but this is the worst I have ever had . 

Will be asking for them to come and remove all the cable they have put in, refund my money and take this rubbish away.

 

massive miss selling .

Sky puck flashing white light

Sky puck is just flashing white light, tv goes black then turns on with sky loading screen then goes back to black. What is going on with this issue! **bleep** hurry up amd fix the problem 😒 tried to uplaod a video but won't let me. This is just pure **bleep**!!!

Nope, mine is still dead with no response after unplugging and powering back on
