Anybody else still having issues with the sky stream puck? I've tried all the recovery steps with no joy. It doesn't want to turn on at all, I get flashing colours at the front for about a minute then it stops with nothing happening. I understand there's an ongoing issue with the stream/glass products but 3 days without TV? I just wanted to double check that it isn't my stream puck that's the issue!

Touch wood, got mine working now.
i did a reset on both pucks, holding my finger down on the power button and waiting for the light sequence to go through all its colours before going white again... it worked for me.
hope yours is fine now... it's real jarring.

I am exactly the same. On my tv it tells me to press 4&6 together, I do that & nothing happens

Hi everyone,
Thabk you for advice however I've tried everything discussed and still not working! I'm getting annoyed now as no Sky advisors are picking up and they must be inundated with this fault.

Sky stream. I tried again this morning. Held down the reset button and cycled the power. Downloaded the software etc.
No difference.
It can't link my account and the website says "Oops".
Sky have not fixed it.

Well a new situation this morning, sky app service checker is now green, been red since Thursday.
So I restarted the TV as per advice with a renewed hope...
Got to link your account and nothing 🙄

Are you having trouble with the activation page? Please check you are signing in to the activation page with the correct email that you used to purchase sky glass

No, activation page accepts code but TV doesn't move on, I spent 2 hours on the phone the other day confirming all account details, I still have the purchase email so know I'm using the correct and only email address I have ever had.

All I would suggest at the moment, is have a browse through the last few pages on this thread.
Some who had this problem have managed to find some solutions.
They may help you.
We as Superusers have made Sky aware of this activation problsm, so be assured its being looked at by Sky.
Often with account problems it can be a tricky one

I'm not getting to activation stage, it's asking me to connect to wifi but won't connect, wifi is fine as other devices are connected to it, any help with this?

Since the the last diabolical update last week my sky glass needs resetting every day any body got any ideas how too fix

Have you got an ethernet cable so you can try wired instead of wireless
