Glad to hear you are sorted.
I also found that holding the reset button a bit longer than recommended proved to be the difference between failure and success. It's important (with a stream Puck, at least) to wait until the lights are flashing multiple colours.

Just a thought I am in Norfolk and got streaming last Wednesday and conected to my router by ethenet cable. Puck started first time no issues since only thing it did not do at start was an update which seemed odd apart from that all OK.
Any one in Norfolk with no streaming?

Eventually (like a few days after the puk being plugged in) the lights started flickering red and green and the sky made me reconnect my remote and wifi. It's working now again.

My sky glass and sky stream both went down on Thursday night. I have now reset my sky glass TV by following the instructions online and it is working downstairs, however, the sky stream upstairs will not reset. I have tried to reset sky stream by holding the on/off button for 20 seconds until the box flashed and then the screen turns blue, text appears asking me to hold the 4 and 6 button together. My tv is not responding to this and I can't get past this point. Is anyone else having the same problem? @Skyglass @SkyStream
Try pointing the remote when doing that at the Sky stream box, not the TV and get as close as possible to the Sky Stream box as you can when doing it.

Followed set up on scream. Now have an activation code but have no clue where to go to activate as the sky.com/activate just comes up with an 'Oops something went wrong' message. H E L P!!!!!

I'll cancel my direct debit if it's not fixed by tomorrow
Very unwise. Cancelling your payment method will increase your problems. Sky services (when this is fixed) will be restricted, late payment fees will be added, you won't be able to speak to Sky, you won't be able to cancel and continued non payment will result in Sky passing the debt to a Debt Recovery company which will ultimately affect your credit score.

Hi, yes I have followed the steps carefully for sky glass downstairs and sky stream upstairs, sky glass is now working but sky stream is stuck on the page where it asks to hold the 4 and 6 numbers together for 2 seconds on the remote. This is not doing anything at all, my remote has new batteries and Is working fine too, I cannot get past this step. Thanks.
Try holding the remote very close to the remote sensor on the puck, as it relies on old school infrared until paired.
Worth a try if you haven't already.
Good luck.

@RachelHadley This Oops error message is often a sign that you are not signed into your My Sky account at https://www.sky.com/mysky If you think you are signed in then try signing out and back in again.
Once logged in go to https://www.sky.com/productsettings/streaming-tv/activate This is where you should be able to enter your activation code.
During setup you must also be using the same email that is registered to your account.
