Sky Glass Power up Issues 19-9-24

I followed the instructions to hold power button for ages then red light started flashing then followed sky's instructions  and I'm back up and working, no TV since 8pm yesterday thank you Sky community

You've posted in the Sky Q board. Are you referring to the problem affecting a lot of Glass and Stream customers?

My sky glass isn't powering on since yesterday and remotes aren't working either? Is there an issue that's currently being fixed with all of them?

Hi, I had the same problem since yesterday. Try this. Switch off at the wall, wait a few mins then switch back on. Press and hold the button button at the side until the red light comes on. When it does, release the button. Then let it go through its sequence. It takes a while and the screen goes blank a few times but be patient. It just worked for me. Good luck.

Follow advice from other users. Press button on side whilst partner switches off plug then switches back on. Let tv do its thing then follow instructions on screen. You will need to go into sky.com/activate and input verification code given on tv.

Couldn't watch 1st half of the champions league match, went ti work with my sky glass, isn't working 

Just finished my last shift of the week, got tea and sut to eatch tv. Just to realize still I can't turn my tv on,

Called customer support and I'm still waiting 1h:l5min on the waiting so far !!!!!!!!

Anyone help with the sky puck, I've reset it and done the activation code, but won't let me pass the pin stage, changed pin etc but still won't work, anyone got a work around?

Thank you, I did try that yesterday! No switch or light turns on. There's no shortage of power which is strange - the remote works..!
