How does a tv rely on the system to simply turn on? You buy a Hisense it turns on whether the update was faulty or not. They sky glass is weird, I don't understand how an update can prevent you from turning on the tv.

i don't care about the internet or any of the features, just let me play my Amazon or my ps5. This is so bad, I can't believe how you can just charge people every month and not care if something is wrong with YOUR product. How about a text message or email informing people to not unplug your tv or get the new update?

We are reading mr stink by David Williams  ....... worth noting that some of the superusers have the ability to merge threads and it's going to be a long night for them as many users are posting new threads and not noticing this one. That can make the forums quite messy and unhelpful especially if someone is coming on here to find out what's going on !

Tried rebooting and followed updating it came up updating then updating again then the screen went blank and nothing what so ever. The puck in the bedroom is working so it's the sky glass titanium blue TV that's not working

I'm having the same issue, sky glass not turning on so I've done the reset. Tv comes on , does a quick update, then restarts and fails to turn back on.
