I am also having the same issues. I can not go pass Incorrect Pin.
I have done reset pin, my last four digits of my number, debit card and so on and nothing

The sky app says my service is working again but the reset still doesn't work and the screen is still dead. The pucks work ok. I've been on hold to sky for over two hours and no luck speaking to anyone so don't know what to do

All green saying fixed but still sitting on updating software then fails goes back to reboot gone through process again still not working!

When you see the pin page, ignore that page ( do not enter pin) and then do a restart of the puck.
It should then bypass it the next time.
Try it a few times if so.

I had no sky services for 3 days!!! YES no TV for 3 days and SKY have disgusted me with just £5 compensation off my next bill,shame on you SKY!!

Did you turn off by the power then press reset button keep pressing reset whilst you switch the power back on?

I already had my sky stream puck set up when I first got it and now I'm having issues.
I can not get pass Incorrect PIN!
I have reset my pin 20times and it's still saying incorrect pin

I get the same error message in the mysky app as I do using a browser. Oops, there has been a problem, call a phone number that won't be answered with 2 an hour or so.
Shocking service, the end of Sky for me.

My disabled daughter totally relies on her tv at bedtime. I turned off her tv (sky glass puck) now it won't connect with a flashing white light then goes off I've tried all day to try and I.e reset router, unplugged, changed hdmi cables you name it I've probably done it. until this is sorted she is my bed and I like to starfish hahaha xx thank you for reading

@Chloe It should really work after leaving unplugged for at least 30 seconds, how long did you leave it unplugged for? As we have gotten this far I might suggest leaving for around 1 hour to see if this helps, so unplug from the mains again and leave for the new timescale

@Mark I've tried this and when the sky glass tv restarts I'm told to link my account via sky.com/activate
This just displays a generic error message and tells me to call a phone number. I cannot get anyone to answer, on my 4th try now.
