Can you try a browser on a different computer or mobile ?

@Jporch316 Yep, tried 3 different browsers on phone and laptop. Used incognito on chrome, 4G on my phone, as well as WiFi. Literally tried everything I can think of.

When you put in the code, there is a some kind of back key if I remember right on the page ( not the browser back key), try that.
or try the activation using another browser or device .

Same issues. Re loaded sky software as advised. I have a "device PIN number" to connect to my account. Circulating between the oops message and being stonewallled by Sky call centre. Not sure what to do next. The automated message says the "engineers are working on it." Frustrating!

@lettice Have tried again this morning following all the advice closely including restarting my router, exchanging cables, but the process does nothing, the led never flashes and the set never powers on.

Can you start the recovery process again from the beginning ? Do you have more than one sky account ?

i have tried multiple times and with multiple browers and still not working sky are no help and we are paying for services we can't even use my account shows i have an active puck and can't activate puck so confusseing and irriating now and sky just say keep resetting it will work fed up of trying now when are sky going to take responsiblity and sort this problem out for eveyone as what they tell you doesn't work for everyone

Hi all,
My sky glass tv has stopped working, ive tried all the normal reboots and nothing works,I still have a backlit on for the remote and new batteries,so that's not the problem.
The standby light is not showing on the tv, it's been unplugged overnight but still nothing.
Any ideas would be welcome
