If you be tried all the advice then it seems that you may need to contact sky. One of the posters above mentioned that he was told by sky customer services that some of the accounts may have been delinked. I have escalated this in the closed forum to check if that's the case

What do we do when they also doesnt work and the tv is now just frozen on this screen ? I have tried the restarting steps 3 times and each time we get to this part and the tv freezes

Is anybody else still stuck at even rebooting the Sky Stream puck? I've followed the suggested steps several times (holding the power button on the puck, turning the electric on at the mains, releasing the power button once the puck lights flash alternating green and red) but after a few seconds the flashing stops and the puck becomes unresponsive again - TV has been down since last Friday and not really sure what to do?

Bit of a long shot but maybe your remote needs resetting. When you are on the screen above
The remote can be reset and paired again following these steps;

Not the puck, but my Sky Glass tv is just frozen at rebooting stage and wont respond. Its turned off in the corner.. Sky are not being very helpful..

You will need to contact sky to carry out troubleshooting as that is not expected behaviour after the reset. You may require a replacement puck
the only thing I would suggest is pulling the plug overnight then trying again tomorrow

the tv just freezes on that screen. 3 times i have tried resetting the tv. It does an upgrade and then stops.
i tried resetting the remote twice, but we cant get past that picture on the tv screen every time

Can you try the recovery procedure with an Ethernet cable plugged directly from your router to the glass tv.

Has anyone had difficulty and figured a solution?
Followed all of the reset advise, power off and on. WiFi, ethernet, mobile hot-spot.
Entered the code on tablet, PC and mobile phone. Website says successfully. Tv stays where it is.....

Are you using the correct email address to sign in .... it has to be the one you used when you ordered sky stream / glass

I will maybe need to find a cable.. thats the computer cable ? With the clicky ends ?
