Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Zoie I have merged your post to this existing thread that is discussing the same issue, you posted this on an older thread which is unrelated to the latest issue.
If you have not already done so have a look at the Answer (post 2) and follow this link https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-glass-stream-wont-turn-on for the recovery process. It has not worked for all subscribers
Most people who have an issue seem to get stuck at either the PIN or activation steps. If asked for a PIN just ignore it and unplug your Glass TV and then plug it back in again after about 30 seconds. After it reboots you should be able to continue the recovery procedure.
When you are aske to enter an activation cove ensure you are logged into your My Sky account or you will get an Oops..... error message.

My Sky glass puck keeps turning off when you power it up and does not turn back on. Problem only started Friday night, my Sky glass tv is fine and the other 2 sky glass pucks I have are working normally.

Tried over the past three days to get connected...... totally impossible... THERES BEEN AN ERROR.... all I am trying to do is enter the activation code. Sky streaming is not fit for purpose. If not restored soon I will have great delight in cancelling my Sky, and telling all of my contacts what a disgraceful and inept service service you have. I would not recommend Sky to anyone at the moment.... I think I would have better reception with a BENT COAT HANGER, AND LOTS OF IMAGINATION. FOR GODS SAKE SKY GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER. I WAS ON WAIT YESTERDAY FOR TWO HOURS TO THE PHONE HELPLINE.... ONLY TO BE TOLD ... YES WE HAVE A PROBLEM.... DONT SAY....I WILL TRY EE NEXT TIME.

@lettice its not a puck it's sky glass and I have ignored it and done the hard reset again and it brings me back to pin page every time. I have then tried unplugging it and leaving for 5 minutes and trying again and then again it brings me back to the pin page.

Yes. I have. 3 times. Sky say its not sorted for everyone. I've cancelled. If takes all this to resort I can't do it. And they won't

@Devmen if you use your phone and change to private browsing, then go to sky.com/activate, it should then allow you to put your activation code in rather than the 'oops' error message.

After three days with no SKY in my house with both pucks suffering an "Outage" - fianlly managed to get Pucks wotking and re-set. Just in time for Man City vs Arsenal but after stuttering stop start live transmission just like watching a Norman Collier sketch causing the missing of two goals in the first half I was forced to move into the Garden Office where a Sky Glass set is plugged straight into the broadband with no puck. Astonished to get technical issues message after 10 minutes.
Sky get your act together or I will find a better use for the £80 every month

Try pressing 7 & 9 together for 3 seconds and then 1 & 3 together for 3 seconds. If that doesn't work try all troubleshooting steps here: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/remote-control-help-sky-glass
