I had tried that as it says on the screen to point the remote at the device but no luck. I put new batteries in the remote as well on the off chance it was that but still nothing

We haven't had any TV available since late afternoon yesterday. We have managed to finally download the update and get through to the 'link your account' page but the URL shown goes through to an error message and the URL from the telephone does the same.
This needs to be sorted out and proper advice and assistance given. Stop pushing people from one inaccessible link to another and help. All calls are cut off once the URL is given but it doesn't work!!! @Sky.Sky @Help6 @KevNewMedia

Have you pressed 4+6 together for two secs and then pressed arrow right onto continue button , and select

You holding both buttons down at the same time? Hold them until the message on screen changes to connected

I've got tv glass working and one of my pucks, but do you think I can get my second puck to get past the software update stage !? Nope .. 👎🏼 tried several times it just goes back to blue screen after reaching 100%

I don't have an issue with the glass tv but the streaming puck on another tv won't work at all. Tried powering off and on again and it brings up the sky logo and then goes blank again. Ongoing since last night, very frustrating

It would be nice if sky told us why this has happened! Its not asking much for customers who pay money to them get information about the problem. I very much doubt we're going to get any refunds or a reduced bill for next month, due to this

I have restarted, done the software update and now can't get passed the incorrect pin screen. Pin isn't incorrect. Have reset it but still won't work. Have also restarted the puck twice. Any ideas? Thanks

Puck has turned back on and updated but when I try to link to my account it's keeps saying oops something's wrong! When I try and sign into my sky account it says I have no TV services linked to that account. Let's me sign into sky go though no problems at all

My Sky q box start with usual white flashing lights, but doesn't load the main screen. Sky logo comes and disappears. This is happening since this morning. Can you help please?

Hi I'm having issues after connecting my remote, there's an activation code to link my account but when I log into my account there's nowhere to input the code. It's acting like I'm a new customer when in fact I've had the Gkass for 2 years!

My sky puck wont start streaming. Have tried rebooting and downloaded softwear updates but it now won't let me connect to finish rest of set up. Is there a wider issue?
