Also had to resync the remote and link the sky a/c , others need to know this too or they will continue to stare at a blank screen.

Sky stream not working. I followed the recovery process for the sky stream puck and now it won't come on at all.

@Matt02021 How long are you holding the button down? If I remember correctly when I successfully did mine this morning it started with a flashing white light then nothing for a few seconds (like yours). It then went red for another few seconds before flashing red and green. It is only at this point that you should release the button.

Hi after doing the following steps,
it keeps saying incorrect pin even though I have just changed the pin, and when I checked on the live assistant it says no active subscription even tho I have many subscriptions and are all up to date with payments
Can someone please assist me because I haven't been able to watch sky for 2 days now and it's really frustrating

When at the pin stage and it fails.
Power off your puck, leave off for a few minutes and repower.
It will continue, follow the instructions.
This has worked for many today having a pin issue.
