Mine is like this as well and I have tried everything it says to do trying to get in touch with someone one the phone and still waiting an hour later I also won't be paying mine until this is sorted

I would not hold your breath on sky compensating us it's because they say you can watch sky go but on your phone or laptop not the same

Doesn't work. I'm just in a constant loop saying incorrect pin even after I select forgot your pin and reset it. It says pin reset but won't take it on the next screen.

@RM1904 As the posts originator there should be an option to mark as answered. I can't remember where that is off hand but it is usually obvious. Have you clicked on the little dots in the top right corner?

As of 5pm today, sky stream pucks aren't working
I did a factory reset, typed in the code displayed to link my account then it asked for my pin which it said was incorrect (I noticed the pin tries don't count up, just stays the same irrespective of actual tries) so then I reset my pin and typed in the new fresh pin and still said it was incorrect
If I chose to exclusively use the sky go app on my pc connected to my TV am I missing any content? (I'm fairly new to sky so not sure what the difference is between sky go and sky stream pucks (other than being able to save stuff on a playlist)

My Sky Stream has not been working for nearly 24 hours now, I have tried all the suggestions given, but still not switching on. I have called customer services, but after holding for 41 minutes I got a recorded message saying lines were busy and to call back another time, not great customer service, any suggestions on next steps please?

Yep mines the same. Got their text about how to do the recovery and it's now frozen again whilst updating. Shambles!

Sky puck is for steaming content if you only want to stream no sky box but sky go is a app that you can watch on your other devices if you are not at home only phones and tablets

It does receive a signal (when connected to an aerial). Unfortunately accessing the digital terrestrial television tuner and EPG is a software function that requires the operating system to be bootable.

I got a text from sky with the instructions to reset both my glass and puck.
I am back up and running fortunately.
Only one issue and that is discovery plus on the glass isn't working.
