I've come on this community hub for the exact same reason. Mine has done the exact same tonight and we've followed the same steps as you and it just updates then goes off. Then the red led light keeps dimming on and off. I can't make sense of it.

I have glass without subscription i am still paying for the tv but this is absolutely crap that I can not access the stand alone tv

My sky glass won't turn on. I've tried everything in the help menu from resetting remote. Holding the power button on the side. Saying "hello sky" nothing works. But the red light keeps slowing flashing on the front continuously

If I knew before getting into the contract that the tv needs WiFi connection and only runs on some weird system I would not get this tv. I can't even plug in my Amazon stick or ps5 to watch on there. It's ridiculous.

What do you mean blocked? Are you referring to the power issues currently been seen on the forum? Or something else? All posts of the same topic are being grouped together the original thread gets locked and moved to the merged discussion where you can continue it there.

I have 3 sky pucks, yet only 1 if effected by the outage. Its flashing white and showing logo and nothing beyond that.
has anyone got multiple pucks but not all effected?

@GD1 yet one of your community thought it appropriate to demean another poster's upset with a glib remark along the lines of "if it's off for a few hours it'll only be 50p"
I haven't got the patience or inclination to work through the hundreds of posts of disgruntled customers to find the exact wording

Got through to them. Said it should be resolved soon, something similar has happened with sky mobile and there was a mass compensation done - but this is usually for issues for 24 hours+. So more information there.

Exactly the same issue I've experienced today and still am right now. Tried everything. So frustrating thinking you've downloaded updates etc then for the screen to go blank again then nothing. Anyone got an answer to this??

A it more info from sky on what they are doing to resolve the issue would be useful. My TV has been down since I tried to turn it on a 3pm. Ant even watch a DVD. Not really an acceptable situation when you pay such a larger subscription charge. Come on Sky what is going on????

Mine same tv wont turn on and just flashing light, got no tb as all connected beenm at work all day just wanted to chill and watch tv, bet theve all gone home now and it will be down all night
