This outage of sky glass has left me without tv for hours!!! Anyone know how long these outages could take?

The same problem, was fighting with that square box for the last couple of hours, resetting it ,updating the software. i wish we could hae been told it wasn't working, it is very frustrating!

But typically these types of things are done pro-rated based on the length of the outage, so what's the point if it ends up with a 50p or so credit in your account.

Puck not loading in our longe
tv screen alternates from tv screen saver to Sky black screen. Broadband with virgin WiFi signal ok as tvs work in othe rooms & mobile phones have full signal.

Have followed all the help steps, but can not get the TV to turn on power and internet connection all good and it performed a system update so know it's not a display issue but once completed went back into standby mode and won't open up red light black screen been on hold for coming up 30 min with the help team anyone else with the same issue or a solution?

@Fred1232 Not just you Fred1232 we are all having the same problem. Hopefully SKY will get it sorted soon, missing my programmes

My sky glass has no red light I've unplugged it put it into a different outlet I've hard reset it and it just won't come back on the sky logo comes on but no red light and then goes of again !

It's been flagging on the service checker for at least the last couple of hours - so we were made aware.

Just got off phone with sky and they think it will take 48 hours to fix so no tv for 2 days

just go of the phone after being on hold for upto an hour, could take about two days. if no joy when i try then i will be cancelling as i within the 31 days. yet my second puck works.
