I bought this Sky Glass two days ago, after 20 years of having no TV in the house. Well, at least now I know that I didn't break the set! I can live without televison in my life until it gets fixed. If it had been the dishwasher that was broken I would be hyperventilating right now 😄

Ofcom won't help - it regulates content, not the technology on which you view it. You need trading standards ... GOOOD LUCK!

You won't get support to resolve when it's a known issue that is being investigated.
Just check the Skys service checker for updates of the outage.

@Kerrie1978 wrote:For the price they charge they should have fixed it already. I've had nothing but pro lems with sky. I think the best option would be to leave sky and and go with a different provider.
What will you do when your new provider has an outage, will you then change again to someone new?

All modern technology based platforms will have major outages at times, it's practically unavoidable in the current age.

As everything is centralised with Comcast that's not surprising it's affecting other countries. Germany is affected also.
