I bought my Sky Glass when I lived in one region and have since moved to a different region. I have updated the postcode on my Sky Glass and Sky account, however I still receive the old channels for pur previous region when I should now have our new regional news etc as my main ones. Ive tried getting through to a Sky agent with no luck. I gave it time to change over, but its been weeks since we've moved and we would like to get the news for the area we live in.
