In the last few weeks, my Sky Glass TV (1st Gen) has started randomly turning itself off without warning, but only whilst watching Live TV (it doesn't occur on BBC iPlayer, etc).
But when it turns off it's strange: the Sky Glass gives the impression it's turned itself off with the picture folding in to the middle of the screen and the Red Stand-by light comes, but if I operate the Remote all the options still appear, but trying to select a Channel is unsuccessful.
I am left with having to Turn the Sky Glass TV off at the Power Switch, then turn back on to do a Reset.
I have even done a Factory Reset of the Sky Glass TV to re-initialise it to Day 1 function, but that has also failed to resolve the issue.
There is no pattern to this issue at all.
