No, I haven't had anything. My phones away getting fixed from the other day. If they could send me a number I can ring them on I could contact them. Tonight was watching something and the next program came on the same channel and it was all muffled 🤦♂️

Dolby Atmos is not even working on mine. I've listened to the tv and only sound is coming through the speakers on the face of the tv on the bottom of the screen

Are you definitely watching something that is encoded with Dolby Atmos? Most streamed content is just in stereo.
You will only get Dolby Atmos from some Sky content if you pay for the UHD/Atmos add-on pack. You can get Dolby Atmos from selected Disney+, Netflix, Prime Video and Apple TV+ content if you subscribe to the relevant package tier.

The Atmos 'effect' on a Glass TV is somewhat limited, you really need external surround speakers to get the proper Atmos experience, but if you feel the upward firing speakers at the top of your TV aren't functioning then you should contact Sky for further troubleshooting. If you are within your warranty period (2 years) you should be able to request a replacement.
