Sky Glass Gen 2 - is this normal?

I've noticed when watching sports particularly , voices can sound a little fuzzy but also be overwhelmed by the background noise. Eg. The darts last Thursday, the humming of the crowd was pretty much drowning out the voices which were fuzzy at times. 

im trying to work out if this is a problem, or if I'm just getting used to the quality of the sound and Dolby Atmos separating that sound. I don't want to go through the faff of sending it back if it's not really faulty.

Hi .... have you tried turning on the "enhance speech" in the sound settings ?

I would think there is an issue with the speakers if the sound is fuzzy.

Thank you. After another week with it and some more testing, I've narrowed it down mofe. It turns out it's not the voices - it happens mostly when I'm watching sports and there's an audience. The top speakers, which are supposed to provide the background crowd noises, seem to just emit a constant sort-of hum... this is presumably when the crowd is not so loud and what's really being picked up is the hum of voices in the crowd. But something about it doesn't sound right. I'm trying to decide if it's broken, or if it's just the surround sound has improved so much I can actually hear the crowd much better but I'm just not used to it

I am having this exact issue today, but I am sure it's not been like it the last week and a bit of me having the Glass V2.
