Sky Glass Gen 2 - Favourites not saving.

I've had a Sky Glass Gen 2 55" for a couple of weeks now, and am still trying make navigation easier.

I found "favourites" so I decided to use 1-5 as BBC1, BBC2, ITV1, C4, C5. After doing this, when I return to it, it has some Sky Sports Channels in 4 & 5. I don't even have sky sports. I've repeated the process a few times, and it defaults back every time. Am I missing something?

Go to Settings -> Viewing Preferences -> Manage your favourites and make sure Refresh is turned off.

The refresh functionality will automatically adjust the favourites based on the channels you watch.

No for 15th time all favourites have vanished. 
maybe it is an invention not meant for non techno people

On my Sky Glass the channels appear vertically and there isn't a refresh button!

I've tried both through the favourites tab and though settings, no refresh button on either. Have also deleted all and after a period it refreshes!
