Sky Glass Gen 1 to Gen 2

Is it possible to swop my Sky Glass Gen 1 tv for a Gen 2 before the CCA ends?
Also can the tv be returned & used as part payment towards the Gen 2 tv or do I have to pay the remaining balance to end the CCA, then keep the Gen 1 tv & re-enter a completely new agreement for the Gen 2 tv?

@AcLewis92  There is no swap or return available

you can still purchase a gen2 but the gen1 is already yours and you must continue to pay for it

Thankyou.
Any idea how I find out how much I still have left to pay?

As @SKY1992bf indicates, the 'Swap' option which was announced when Glass was launched back in October 2021 never happened.

There's no need to pay off the CCA before entering another one, as long as you pass the required credit check for a second loan agreement to run alongside the remainder of the first one until that finishes.

In the MySky app under tv billing towards the bottom of the page is a section for the CCA payments . You ll find your remaining amount in there and also an option to pay towards the remainder

Thankyou. I did try & look there to view my CCA agreement but it says it's restricted. Not sure why!
