Netflix Glitching constantly

Sick of Netflix Glitching on the Sky box, Netflix is cool on every other TV with no Sky so it's clearly a Sky issue. Glitching, losing sound just incredibly frustrating. Any ideas before I dump Sky?

Which Sky box do you have? You've posted in Sky Glass board which is Sky's streaming TV.
