Sky Glass Contract. Contract
Hi all,
I have Sky Glass and my contract ends at the end of October . Sky advised I cancel on 1st Nov to not incur costs. I won't be renewing as it's just too expensive . Do I return the Tv when sending back the other pieces of sky equipment . Thanks in advance 😄 x

Re: Sky Glass Contract. Contract
@Kazzyb no the tv is your property , if it was purchased on finance you are legally required to continue to pay off the loan agreement either monthly or by one off lump sum

No: the television has been yours from the start. You are however legally liable to keep making any outstanding loan repayments over the agreed two or four years term (or pay off the loan balance as a lump sum) : that's separate to the content subscription which was probably on an 18 month term (the 'contract' you referred to) which can be cancelled at the end of that period.

That doesn't sound correct to me as the T&Cs of the contract requires you to give 31 days cancellation notice, so giving your notice at the end of October would mean you are still liable to be charged for an additional 31 days at the out-of-contract list prices.
