Sky Glass Air

Bought the TV in July and since then we've had 6 issues with the TV (not the broadband!). These include the TV turning itself off; sound goes off, picture disappears and then a number of coloured lines and loud noise comes on. Doesn't respond to the remote so have to turn off at wall and restart.

Very annoying considering the TV was bought in July!

Very annoying indeed. Not ideal for a brand new product you're spending hundreds of pounds on.

Have you contacted Sky about the issues? The Glass Air TV has a 2 year warranty so Sky will swap the TV during that period if there are issues. You are outside the cooling off period for returning the TV, but you should give Sky a call for further troubleshooting.
