Hi @KevNewMedia – did you ever get a response to this? I and many others it seems are still having this problem – every night the screen lights up for maybe 2/3 seconds at a time and then turns off again, it's completely random.

Hi @mrwwt I had thought that the problem had been resolved. Can you tell me when you last saw this? The nearest time that you can provide, the better, and I'll pass the information to the team.

Its really hard to catch - it's just random and only last literally aboit 2/3 seconds. Last night it flickered on and off at 1:58am.

If you cancel the loan repayments for the TV then you will get a black mark on your credit record and will find it hard to get credit for anything else in the future.

If you feel the TV is not of sufficient quality then you need to contact Sky and discuss your options.
